    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    experience in Insurance and banking laws for over 15 years or so in other areas, have a reasonable experience of more than 10 years.

    Have published articles on how to prevent embezzlement, misappropriation of funds ad to have an effective control over the financial aspects etc. in the journal published periodically by the CSI Christian Minority Organization;

    I am a post graduate in economics and a law graduate with specialization in labor and criminal laws and also a PG diploma holder in Industrial relations and Personnel management from Bharatiya vidya Bhavan, Delhi.

    Issue is 498A. We didnt do any harassment to her and we didnt ask them any money. They are blaming indirectly for money My family is ready for narcoanalysis, brain mapping, and lie detector tests. Is it possible to me to ask the police men enquire through those tests to my entire family . Is it right to ask the honorable judge if this issue goes to court why because they are missusing the law as per law. Is it correct to ask in the court for justice through narcoanalsys We dont have any proofs to proove. We are helpless and guide-less. Please suggest sir. Regards Nagamohan. 8861845609

    Dear Sir, I have already submitted my evidence affidavit in district consumer forum and the opposite is yet to submit his evidence affidavit on next Monday. I have received certain facts in a response for my RTI application which are important to be added in evidence. I have already marked the Exhibits A1 to A17. Now can I add the additional evidence as A18. If so how to do that. Thank you.
