    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    I have send a complaint to nhrc regarding my father' unnatural death. And I got a reply as below. The matter is such which may be agitated before the court. The case is dismissed in limini. What dies it mean.The police case is not going properly due to political influence and its going to be one year and the cctv dvr took from near by petrol station is still not evaluated by police.

    Hello Sir, I recently signed an agreement to buy a property in Mallapur village. When I applied for bank loan, they said the property comes under Gramakanta land and they are trying to get approval from legal. As the seller does not have the grama kanta document. What should I do in this situation? Can you please suggest with options? The owner has GHMC registration
