Hello sir/madam,
My wife filed False 498@,307,494,406,34,107,144,125 IPC, after 4 month I filed contested divorce on cruelty ground just to take revenge. I applied anticipatory bail. Now I have all the evidence that her cases is false. She charged attempt of murder to 9 of my relatives nd neighbour whereas the time she has mentioned was in her parents home. In 494 bigamy charge also there don't understand how one can write all the false and fabricated statement by taking oath. Requesting experts for nyfuther suggestion Pls advice .

Whereas she is not appeared 2 dates for divorce case hearing. Doing all these nuisance to ruin my family reputation nd goodwill.

Rocky, you say, every section she posed is false, you have not given how they were false, when so you expect your legal adviser just accept what you say is correct, that means you know what is right and what is false,when so you need not seek advice, you yourself fight the case sir.

Yes sir, I have appointed lawyer but seeking experienced expert opinions as if I don't want to take ny misguiding steps.
I have CCTV footages, mass pitition etc to prove false alligations.. Seeking guide how to proceed further nothing else. Thank you sir.

Dear sir,
I have multiple GDS about her phisical cruelty, have video footage, confession in her diary, her mother phone call recordings where she clearly mentioning about her daughter's fault. CCTV footages, etc. Mass pitition by more then 75 people. Three times she tried to enter into the house failed. These all has happened after she received divorce notice from her parental house. I have the copy of Indian post to.
These are the evidence I have.

Thank you Barman sir, one thing I want little clarification, I wanted revision on 144 but my lawyer saying as they also filed 498,307 also, so no need to revision on 144, it will automatic dropped. Pls clarify. I want to contest all the case as I have all the prove my inosence. Pls guide.

If you have evidence, better go for a quash in High Court. At least there is every chance of getting all relatives named dropped and you may also get a stay. Prima facie if the FIR lacks in credence, there could be a possibility of quash. For further help, I need to see the evidences you have.

Dear all,
Sorry for replying late, after filling all such cases in Kolkata the 498 lady came to Mumbai my workplace nd police station where we last resided. Police station didn't take any more complaint as they did multiple here in Kolkata. She came to police station nd my office with some local influencial political goons searching me to create nuisance. I tried to complain in local Ps but they refused as there were no such injury. So I wrote mail to maharastra police headquarters nd national humans rights commission nd Maharashtra human rights too. I don't know why this political person get involved in such private matter which is in the court under subjudicial not even in their jurisdiction not in the state. They tried to enter into my life force fully hamper my workplace by these unlawful illegal manner. I am very much afraid to go to office as they threatening to catch me near my office. What else I can do. I can provide the mail and attachments if anyone required. Pls help me.suggest me how to save myself from these politically influencial goons.
