False claim of 60 hp industrial power connection by the land lady

THE LAND LADY OF OUR INDUSTRIAL FACTORY BUILDING HAS DELIBERATELY DECLARED / UNDERTAKEN EXISTENCE OF 60 HP POWER CONNECTION WHEREAS THERE IS ONLY 30 HP INDUSTRIAL POWER CONNECTION, THEREBY RESULTING LOSS OF PRODUCTION ON ONE SIDE AND ON THE OTHER PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND WAGES TO EMPLOYEES WITHOUT MAXIMUM UTILISATION OF THEIR SERVICES. WE HAVE INCURRED HEAVY FINANCIAL LOSS AND ARE SEEKING EXPERT OPINION FROM YOUR PANEL TO ADVISE US WHETHER WE CAN INITIATE CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS AGAINST HER AND IF SO UNDER WHICH PROVISIONS OF IPC.

Dear Mr.Narayana,

Did you enter into a registered rental agreement.If so you would have mentioned your power requirement also, as it is an industrial factory.She has to get 60hp power supply for your factory.Complain to the rent control,and also in the consumer forum.

You shd have verified it , before starting your industrial activity, or before possession. [DELIBERATELY DECLARED / UNDERTAKEN EXISTENCE OF 60 HP POWER CONNECTION]
You can claim Damages in Civil Court.
