I am living in under lal lakir property from 40 years.This property buy my fater.But that time he made no documents. Now the sons of my tayi ji has made false document on the name of my tayi ji.Now they are trying to us to go out from the house.my father has expired already.please tell me now what ca i do..please help me some body..

I have collect fard( jmabandi 2013-14)In the jma bandi list 2013-14 is showing just name of owner(Tayi ji) And area 10 marle.i think i shoud have old jma bandi list like2000-01.Let's see in old jma bandi list shows same owner name are not. Am i right?

Not at all relevant there was no document in favour of your father and the person successfully cheated him.

The person is alive.

Your father's name is not in Jamabandi.

There is no evidence of collection of consideration ( amount paid for purchase).

Probably the seller won't admit to sale.

If he does then let him come forward and do the needful.

Your Uncles'name is in Jamabandi.

You are living on the property for the last 40 years. Adverse possession may be possible.

I checked fird(jma bani) From beginning. Unluckily in these firds name is speaking first my taya ji and after his death my tayi's name.its mean seller bought it from my taya ji and he made no documents. My name is Balwinder singh.i am from punjab.Problem is,my father has expired 4 month before but in the service book and bank account my fathers name Charn Das.But in my school certificates and in my every identity my father's name Charn singh.Also in death certificate is charn singh.Now problem is if i admit death certificate as a charn singh then i cannot proof in the department and also in bank that he has expired.If i change the name in death certificate as a Charn das then i cannot proof that he was my father.I want to stop my father's pension from the department and want to transfer my father's bank balance in my account because my mother also has expired and i only son in my family. I have two sisters but those are already get married. Now please experts tell me what can i do in this satuation.
