False information by girls family before marriage

My marriage happened through online matrimonial site, the girl family concealed her medical condition and given us her false detail regarding age and employment. The girl is diagnosed with Epilepsy and she is born in different month and i am not sure of her employment either but before marriage she said she is working as a govt employee.When I recovered the truth the girl’s family simply told me that if you do not accept we will put you under various cases. Now being influential they have put me under false cases, what should I do?
Girl lives with her parents in different state and we only lived as couple for 35 days only on a span of 5 months.
Now i have applied for divorce in my city, but the girl had also applied for the divorce in her city but after mine. As both divorce cases can not continue simultaneously, which divorce case will run. Do i have to inform the the girls court regarding divorce filed by me. How to do that

Dear Sir,
Such instances being happened recently in many cases who choose their partners online. As a precautionary measure you may get issue a strong worded legal notice followed by a petition for annulment of marriage on medical grounds.

File for annulment of marriage on the ground of non-disclosure of correct information about the person, her medical condition at the time of marriage for taking your consent for marriage. The medical condition if has detrimental effect for the continuation of normal marriage like propagating the family, giving birth to child etc. will make positive effect for getting the annulment of marriage. As far age and educational information being wrong, that will not make much effect for annulment of marriage.

Epilepsy might have been but may not be necessarily ground for divorce………
Generically speaking IT is controllable, curable.
The information related to marriage proposal e.g; atleast doing Govt job could have very well checked before agreeing for marriage.
One needs to be careful in such matters.
Prove the falsehood of information and cases filed upon you.
This may help you to press for Cruelty.

Or accept the fate, crease all differences, try to forget and let all cases be withdrawn.
One should not jump to shout and rush for litigation without proper preparation and discussion with one’s counsels.

Dear Querist/Author ,, Also note that very sooner our Parliament is going tp pass an resolution/order that even the disease leprosy will not be a legal ground for divorce please.
