False Police complaints

I have farm land and My brother is trying to forcefully cultivate the land. I don't live close to my property. He has filed a court case as - I went to his house and threatened him.He has put couple of witnesses who work for him. He is doing it to discourge me from checking/visiting my property. He lives very close to my property.
To safeguard from false complaints/cases, What I should do in future?

Get the partition of land through revenue officers and possess the specific portion. You may then given that land on contract/lease/mortgage or can even sale at your own whims and wishes and he would not have any interference thereon.

Thank you Mr. Raj Kumar. But,what I should do to protect from flase complaints?
Do I have visit with independent witnesses? or inform police of my visit? what is the safe way to visit my property?
