No. Such property cannot be claimed during the life time of the grand father and father.

Q)makkad sir my wife has file domestic voilence against me and my parents. she is also getting maintenance and it is apprehension that they might file partition suit through my minor son. property stands on my father name which he got from my grand father self -earned

There is no such law to get such property partitioned as already replied to you so don't worry. Your wife cannot succeed.

This is not a contempt of court. A party even can ask about the status of his case fromm the judge.
