No. Such property cannot be claimed during the life time of the grand father and father.
Better to put relevant facts of your better for more clarity.

Q)makkad sir my wife has file domestic voilence against me and my parents. she is also getting maintenance and it is apprehension that they might file partition suit through my minor son. property stands on my father name which he got from my grand father self -earned

There is no such law to get such property partitioned as already replied to you so don't worry. Your wife cannot succeed.

Q)makkad sir i want to know that if client directly ask any query to the judge regarding his case does that consider as contempt of court?

This is not a contempt of court. A party even can ask about the status of his case fromm the judge.

Q) makkad sir my wife is demanding money to attend mediation center of supreme court where as she is also getting maintenance. Does i have to pay.moreover rhey had moved to supreme court for rransfer of case of my divorce case
