Father's house

My father's son is getting divorced but his son's, daughter in law and grandchild name is mentioned in the ration card also his son and his wife both have the same address mentioned on the Aadhar card..
Son and daughter in law live separate and they have their own house but still they have made their own ration card or any changes to Aadhar card..

What care should my father take about his house? Does he have fear of anyone claiming on his house?
