Please guide me to lodge a complaint against one professional who has taken money in foreign country for doing work in India and the fees collected outside the nation, the said amount is in lacks and that is not at all shown by him in his books of accounts which is violation of Income Tax as well as FEMA, so under which provisions and where the complaint should be lodged?
Kindly help me to bring one wrongdoer of this nation.
Please give details of agency where to lodge the complaint and sections of the specific act with sections if possible.

You need not quote any section, provision etc. formaking a complaint.
Make a complaint, if you are quite sure of the facts (otherwise it may backfire and you would be hauled up for defamation by the affected party), to the Income Tax Department and Reserve Bank of India.

Mr.Pushkar Damle, It appears you are mistaken. Amount sent out of India for professional fee is governed by FEMA for sake of allowing the remittance only. IT or FEMA do not have any jurisdiction on the foreign national in this transaction. It is between u and the person whom you have sent the remittance. Indian Courts do not have jurisdiction for legal recourse. You may take legal recourse through an advocate of that country which is very costly affair. Except that I do not foresee any other course available.
