Hello, I worked at Aligarh in Bagalore based pharma company,My hometown is Kanpur I want to file a case against the employer in kanpur labour court, Kindly tell me is it possible.

Take help from your union.
The unions leaders are seasoned and unions might have lawyers also on its panel.

Actually I already registerd case 2 months ago in kanpur labour court against the employer, that time my lawyer told me that according to the supreme court ruling it is possible to file a case against the employer from your hometown but from last one and a half month my lawyer switched off his mobile and also not come in labour court also. plz. tell me what can i do in this situation.

In the mean time the lawyer of my employer raises an objection that it is not possible to file a case from your hometown.

Mr. Sahil,
It can be or cannot be also possible, but only if you give complete and correct description of the problem, if acually you have. Otherwise it is nothing, except your academic query. Not only your lawyer, but every one, from whom you ask such academic questions, would switch off his mobile. The question arises, if he switched off mobile, what prohibited you to visit his place to remove your doubts. So artificiality is quite evident from your baseless descriptions.
