In filing of a suit, can in the plaint apart from the facts, a fact in issue be put up in a questionnaire form against the defendants?
For E.g.
A fact is already proved to be against the defendant, but it needs to be highlighted so that they answer to the question specifically in the form of Leading Question, for which the answer be only in form of Yes/No.?

Plaint is only a pleading. You cannot put any question there. Instead of in question form, you can state the facts as it is. The other party will either deny or admit, or give their version. That's all.

@ Arnav,
1. You have posted same query twice in the "lawyers club forum" as which is absurd and ridiculous.
2. Read my reply in the "forum" column.
3. A student's unfit and vague query.

Drafting a plaint is an art. If you think of adding such things without any sense, it will become fatal to your own case, hence do not venture into such funny ideas. If you are in doubt about certain issues, you can very well clarify from your senors before filing the suit. Never run a risk this way.
