I am intending to join Royal Foods as their Legal adviser. Which are the Acts that i am supposed to refer?

Food Safety and standard Act 2006,Prevention of Food Adulteration Act 1954 (PFA),The Provisions of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act of 1986,and Knowledge and Study of Public Safety Standards of Republic of India etc would be helpful to you.Apart from this there would be Routine Matters Like Labour,Payments Etc.You could Very Well handle them by Studying the Matter fully before you decide the Step to handle them .All The Best.

An Advocate can not join regular service of any concern. He can provide advising services.

Welcome Please.just if you are going to be Regular Service in the company than Legal advisor then you could very well submit a Letter to Concerned Bar Council and Continue the Service.As and when you want to again Practice as Advocate again you have to submit a letter to Concerned Bar council That's It.All The Best.
