Sir I am a junior engineer and my CR is written C grade without giving me any letter for whole financial year for that I apply for review of that but dept deny to accept it as only class 1 officers have right to review against C grade avg. And I am class 3 employee so I don't have any write for review. Suggest me as it may cause extension of my probation period.

within 26 days you have completed one year of service after getting diploma for JE appointment.

Yes sir I am that person as sudhir Sir raised questions about me. Dept reinstate me after 14 month and helping me legally as it can. And this CR is for the period before suspension. And I have applied before reviewing authority but a circular of 90's they quote in refusing to take my application. Now where I can file appeal for that to cgm which is higher than review authority. Criminal case is moving on. Yes sir I also searching for new job.

Mr. Ramesh,
You are employee of a bank, criminal case under 406,409,420, is under trial, you are also under suspension, you are also junior engineer and you got 'C' grade in your CR also, you are under probation also, what are all these controversies in your case?
I wonder, if under suspension you could get any grade in your CR!
Are not all of your queries merely academic queries?

Dhingra sir I am a junior engineer in bank and aforesaid CR Is for 01/04/2014 to 31/03/2015 and I am suspended after that on 09/06/2015 so it is not for suspension period. And file appeal in Nov 15 but get response now so I am asking.

Not understood C grade CR, whether any adverse remarks given.
In most of the Banks Average CR is not considered adverse.
You can challenge if adverse remarks were not advised to you.

Nothing such was stated by you in your original query, as you have stated in your yesterday's post.
Anyhow, also please state the date of your appointment in the department you refer and officers of how many categories of Class-I Officers are recruited in your department, besides Class-II & III?

you have not represented within stipulated time (atleast as apparent from facts given in instalement basis) and being under suspension is no ground for delaying such representation.
You have perhaps missed the train.
