Proposition 1: In case where there are 3 defendants [2 Indian Defendants and 1 Foreign Defendant] – the Plaintiff does not have the address of 3rd defendant (who is residing in a foreign country) – in which case can the Plaintiff compel Indian Defendants 1 & 2 to provide address of the 3rd Defendant who is residing in foreign Country?

What is the opinion of your counsel in this regard? If you ask them even through court, they may tell you that they don't know about the address of the foreign defendant.

In the event of a defendant residing in a foreign country in what way he is connected to this suit?
If is one of the siblings of the other defendants, then you can send the summons to his siblings' address itself, if he is not found there, then you can inform court that his last known address was that, however you are ready to take steps to serve the summons through substituted services and request for newspaper publication to serve the summons through such publication.

Is there any credible and apparent evidence that the Indian defendants are in the know of the address of the Foreign defendant?
