Dear Friends,
kindly provide me the format/sample of any format for divorce on mutual understanding.
both parties are ready for divorce on mutual terms.
kindly provide if anyone has a sample format/agreement. it is very urgent i need it by tomorrow.

There is no specific format, better to draft it according to your settlement, terms & conditions.

Mishra ji! As we draft petition seeking divorce one sided almost same is here but here both the parties become petitioners no. 1 & 2 and is written that both have decided to seek mutual divorce due to differences which could not be sorted out and period of separation, pending litigation is also mentioned therein. make personal message to me with full facts, I shall draft it for you.

There is no performa of compromise for mutual divorce. Rather the compromise can be written simple on terms and conditions agreed by u.... So far mutual divorce petition is concerned the same can be drafted by me.

yes there is no specific format. The usual format is that terms and conditions are brought down in writing by both parties and signed by them.
