Dear Sir,
On 25 April, 2010 there was the typing test of LDC Exam 2009 of the condidates who was successfully selected from Written test.
I was the one among these.. Sir, on that date..typing test exam must had been held for 10 min in the first session ( in sant nirankari school, nirankari colony).. but we all students ( approx. 2000 students ) had given just 5.25 min. ..after it all the students including parents did call to police and the then the related judge , who had come for test...said there must be a new revise test but he did not return our first wrong typing anwer sheet... when we check the result which is declared yesterday, i got we all the student who have given exam in first session become failed and our first typing test answer sheet ( of 5.25 min. ) is counted.....Sir, thats not fair....
i had done a very much hardwork for this exam
please check this fraud....and help us..
for this you can check result on internet ( delhi district court ).

Obtain information from concerned sessions judge under RTI Act qua all the candidates, result-sheet, marks allocation scheme etc. I do hope that there shall be various lacunae in this process and we may discuss how to proceed further.

Dear Mr.Saurabh Saxena,
Firstly as suggested by Raj do obtain the necessary inputs through RTI.
Secondly what stopped you to put on record the material irregularity.
Thirdly after you get hold of all necessary inputs go and file a Writ Petition along with other similarly situated persons on ASAP basis.

thanks sir...for giving me this good suggestion...i going to use this RTI ACT method....but there is only one problem that...i am not in contact with the other students...i dont know where they had come........any way...i m using this method right now

sir today ...i had gone to tis hazari court..and met with public information officer, tis hazari court...and gave a application to him...but i am shocked when he said that..more than 5000 students have given this application but he is bound to give us information..i,e,. he will not give us the required information about like copy of answer sheet..and marks sheet etc..he will just said no and said meet me after 30 days....he cant do so...and now i am helpless ....plz advice me again what i should i do now..

Dear Sir....today i hv got a letter from tis hazari court, public information officer....that they will not provide any document as requirred by me ...about fraud in typing test of tis hazari LDC clerk....and also interviews are also has been start for this post.....so plz advice what should i do
