Please give ur best guideness regarding the freedom fighter's grandsons rights on concession for toll plaza, elect. Bill or anyother facility by the indian govt. To taht person..

No such scheme or provision to grant concession for toll plaza to freedom fighters family members.

Most of the Toll gates are operated by Private companies sprung up by Govt. encouraging private Public partnerships.This is an offshyoot of LPG (Liberalisation Privatisation and Globalisiation).
Most of the projects are as per BOLT sysgem projects structured and emanated by Government agencies like NHAI and SPVs. The employees at the gate are given some lists which include all politicians without any cadre and Bureaucrats, Police Officials and sitting High Court judges for free entry . Except this privileged category others are denied of free entry. In fact the toll gate charges are muchy higher than earlier usual rates. If we complain to authorities, they give reply that it is Private Public Partnership and as per agreement they are billing and recovering. their amounts
Under this background, no concessions can be expected for genuine individuals to avail free entry including freedom fighters grand children. In those days freedom fighters and their families are given certain concessions which are slowly faded due to efllux of time . The whole nation should continue to salute to the freedom fighters and their familities some of whom are suffering a lot for seeking help . Also I earntesly feel that grand children of present politicians are better placed and well placed than the earlier freedom fighters children as VALUES differ from generation to generation.
