if previous io chargesheet is rejected by magistrate court as he was arrested for corruption under the case is the person who is in jc can apply for bail in magistrate court he has completed 3 monts in jc pl suggges can his wife file an apeal for securing bail she is working in bank
.ground for her appeal is she stays far away from the place where case is going on and she is having little daughter and she cant come to meet her husband regularily due to work and expenses

One can approach the higher court u/s 439 crpc only when the lower court rejects the bail.
So you can try your luck, Granting of bail would depend upon the merit of the case and not on the convenience or inconvenience of you .
