can my grand father excuted the gift deed of this property to my father name from kolkata?

gift deed attracts 2%stamp duty on market value of property . contact a local lawyer . he will draft he agreement have it stamped and registered . it has to be regd where the property is situated

The rates of stamp duty over gift deed are different in different States, In Haryanam the rate is 5% except in case of son, daughter and parents and vice-versa.
ou can definitely execute and get registered the gift deed at Kolkata.

Stamp duty differ from State to State. A Power of attorney can be executed and got registered at Kolkata and the POA holder can get the gift deed registered at the jurisdiction where the property is situated.

if my grand father give his POA TO MY FATHER THEN TO whom have to go to uttar pradesh and how can my father himself executed gift deed in his name? i am confused sir,

Your father cannot get GPA of his father for the purpose of gift in his own name. It shall be better if your grand father provids his GPA in your name and you further gift it in the name of your father on behalf of your grand-father on that basis.
