Hi sir
I am going through a tough situation. I am in a relationship for 2 months. After that I understood that she has suicidal tendencies. She is going through depression. She was in a relationship before me. After break up she tried to commit suicide. She threatened me too for committing suicide. I am not happy with that girl at all. I am afraid that if she leaves a suicide note against me what will happen to me. She have no interest to live at all. She can do anything. Note that we have involved in concensual physical relation. What should I do now?

Also Tell her parents about your relationship. and her suicidal tendencies.Also Advise her parents to take preventive steps to curb her suicidal tendencies such as threatening you to commit suicide.Inform the police about the girls suicidal tendencies and your sincere efforts to stop that..Also advice her parents to show the girl to a , Psychiatrist or reputed mental health expert to bring her out of depression.If indeed the girl commits suicide you'd be blame free.Police wouldn't arrest you for abatement to commit suicide..

Get her medical examination done. Firstly about her not conceived due to your physical relationship and secondly with regard to her mental health.
Keep the medical reports in your possession. In case the lady tries to commit suicide blaming you for it, you can show the police the medical reports clarifying that neither because of physical relationship you she got pregnant and because of her mental illness her tendency to commit suicide always exists for both reasons you are not to be blamed.
After getting her medical conducted and her reports in your possession, you can bade her good bye for ever.

Why making so much fuss merely on some hypothetical story? Your description is quite doubtful. Every event has some background, but you have not discussed even a bit of the reason on account of which your GF is threatening you with suicide.
Had the problem been so serious you could have taken personal consultation from some local lawyer, not discussed casually here. That itself means, you only have the intention to get some solution to your academic question, not a solution to any real problem.
Moreover, if true to some extent, she seems to be habitual in changing boy friends and keeping habit of threatening them with suicide, may be with the intention to blackmail them for her monetary requirements or desires. Keep her happy by fulfilling her demand of cut off your relations. Question arises, when she has not kept any suicide note against the boy of previous relation before trying to commit suicide, why she should keep note against you only?
Even if your story has some truth, pity, what cannot be cured must have to be endured by you as destiny would have written fate for you. If she has the tendency or even decided to make suicide. you can't avoid that. At the most, you can get help of her girl fiends, as she may be out of control of her parents, if she develops relations one after the other with boys.
