Going abroad for studies/confirmed bail 498a

(Querist) 15 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
I have been allowed by lower court to work abroad after submitting my visa and passport xeroxes.I am a sailor
My in laws tried to impound my passport but in vain.
sir,i am on confirmed court bail on 498A case.
My query is that i need to go to united kingdom for a 10 months college for a particular course.
what should i do regarding the same, should i notify the lower court and then go.
i am afraid that lower court will not allow for this much longer period.
i have already booked my seat in college.
as per the court order,"he has to give his voyage details and xeroxes of passport and visa and should return after 3 months, presently i am sailing in Indian water only.

If there is no restraint order in your foreign visit then do not make mistake of taking permission of court as the same is required only when you are directed not to go abroad without permission of court.

After expiry of 3 months your advocate can apply for further extension which is likely to e allowed at least by high court..
