sir, I have got a sale deed executed at Lucknow. The language contains certain grammatical error of kind that seller has been used as singular person as well as plural persons. How much this defect affect the title and how it can be rectified if required

If the grammatical errors are only of the kind that instead of sellers being more than one persons have been mentioned as singular person and nothing else, then, even if no deed of rectification is executed it will not make any difference. The sale deed or any instrument is to be read as a whole and if the reading of the entire document together makes it clear that the singular perons stated therein is meant to be a number of persons then, there is no necessity of execution of any rectification deed. This will not affect the title of the purchaser in any manner.
However, if after having notice of the error you are interested in rectification thereof then you should follow the advice of Mr. Vishal.

From the context it could be inferred either as singular or as plural. It is not a material mistake. No need for amendment.

If this grammatical mistake does not effect the transfer of right then you need not to go for rectification.
