There is only one ground for any offence one is accused of,that the accused did not commit the offence and then some enmity or grudge is shown as reason of false implication and then FIR (also investigation evidence if any till then)is scrutinized for showing the falsehood and concoction in the story of incidence framed for which no formulated rule is available so far by any court; nor can there be any one.All depends upon the wit and intelligence of the lawyer of defence .

Grounds depends upon the facts of the case and there is no straight jacket formula to tell you and otherwise also this is your academic query.

Without seeing FIR how could we assist in providing points for bail?
In bail matters depending largely on facts, citations are of no help.
