Is Hindu family settlement can revoked by Executor(Father) from his son. Is the revoked settlement can challenged in favor of the son

what are the contents of the setllement deed. if there are some conditions,they have to be scrutinised to give opinion. please furnish such details.

A settlement once made becomes absolute and is irrevocable, as it takes immediate effect.. Only a will can be altered or undone, during the course of lifetime of the author (creator of the will) In the case of settlement, if there is consensus amongst the beneficiaries, they could suitably agree to alter their benefits,conceding in between; but such action cannot be not by a mandate of the author, as could be done in the case of a Will.
