Such relation is not prohibited under law.

Author, Mother side = mother'father=Grand-father, his Daughter in law=aunty’s brother= for relation known as Chacha.
Father side= father's father= Grand father
Daughter in law===mother or mother's co-sister-in-law‘s brother=for relation mother’s brother.
so, if mother side it is prohibited relationship and it father side, the relation is not prohibited.
