Hindu succession act

Respected Sir,

a person ram singh have some agricultrual land (ancestral property). He died intestate and his property devolve upon by his wife, son sham singh and daughter. Sham singh had turned out his wife and minor daughter from his house without getting divorce in 2001.

My question is now the daughter of sham singh has attained the age of 18. what are the legal remedies can she claim. 1 maintenance suggest rests please.

If it is governed by Hindu succession Act then in his ancestral property sons as well as daughters as on date would be co parceners provided they are Hindus from Mitakshara School and not Dayabhagains.

Just annoy those who worry my numbers my third answer is that a wife is not coparcener,she can only claim charge of her maintenance on her husband property.

Even if the daughter has attained majority, she can definitely claim her maintenance as er provisions of section 125 criminal procedure code.
