House tax

sir
please inform me how much amt will i have to pay as house tax.i purchased the house for 5800000(58 lakhs)and it comes under grampanchayati guntur district,in andhra pradesh.i was told that i will be leveyed tax once a year.

I think in Guntur house tax is determined on the basis of annual rental value of the property. Taxes are payable half yearly. Taxes revised once in five years.
