Housing society by law

Dear Sir,

Please highlight whether if there is commercial sale between brother in laws for the residential flat, whether society can charge tranfer fees or whether society has right to waive the tranfer fees or charge nominal transfer fees. is there any bylaws for tranfer fees between family members.

yes in case of inter family transfer between immediate family members no transfer charges are levied by society . the bye laws adopted by society contains provisions regarding transfer charges
