Housing society mc election mumbai arae

Dear Sir
I stay in Suberb of MUMBAI , where in June 2014 Out MC called SGM and without any Election or selection Agenda , they themself selected 4 person MC and even after that they not inform to Society members by sending MOM of SGM, is this valid

1) There has to be Agend to be notified to members in advance notice.
2) Committee alone cannot decide or approve the agend unless required majority
3) In contravention, decisions taken n the SGM is invalid

If the meeting was in accordance of the bye laws of the society it is valid, if bye laws violated, send notice and move to cooperative court.

SGM is called for other purpose and that too out of 40 members only 17-18 members are present and there is proposed by chairman and all 17-18 members are signed the Meeting register and then there is no MOM is given to any absent members .
