I lost my motorcycle from my house which was found by police. I got it released through court on superdari. Now I wish to sell it. What I need to do to get is free from legal issues. It has passed three years when I got is back from police.
Please provide me the procedure

Once you had released from court through superdari then no legal issue is left behind, you can sell your vehicle by making a sale agreement .

Superdari does not mean no legal issues....the property can still be required for evidence purposes.
Move necessary application, as per local format, in consultation with some local lawyer, for sale of vehicle. find out whether the court requires it for some evidence purpose or not.

You have no way to quit. Wait until judgment and its appeal also. Further you are bound to keep it as it was.

Apply to the court for grant of permission to dispose of the motorcycle for some "bonafide" reasons, the court may allow otherwise it is still a part of "case property" involved in the pending trail case. The court may direct you to produce the same in evidence during trail, which you will have to produce.
