After registering of FIR vide Hon'ble High Court directions my complaint was again put on hold. After a very long delay (over 4 months) the first witnesses had their statements recorded. Learned Public Prosecutor passed challan over 1 month ago but even then for absolutely no reason said challan is not being presented in the criminal Court. Police is colluding with the accused party again. Where do I stand legally in getting police to file challan? I have from pillar to post. Thank you for your assistance.

You write to the superior officers of the Police to expedite the process alternatively again move Hon'ble High Court.

Ask the court to interfere again. You can always after submission of charge sheet apply for addition of charge.

Sir Learned Public Prosecutor asked for extra charges to be looked into whilst raising objections. Charges were added and Chargesheet passed then misplaced.

Why don't you file a criminal complaint simultaneously containing all facts and proper sections, you want to add thereto instead of making such harsh labour?

Police has performed its duty when it handed over the charge-sheet to PP and now PP after its due checking has to forward it to the concerned court.

Sir police have not handed PP the Chargesheet yet. The police claim it is misplaced and are asking payment to give Chargesheet. I am NRI and they are using delay tactics to shield accused again. It took 3 years and High Court direction to register FIR.

Apply to the lower court for supply of charge sheet.
