if a judgment is reserved by a perticular division bench at high court and subsequently the roster is changed and one hon'ble judge is changed in the coram, then who makes and pronounces the judgment, reserved before? what is the difference between an oral and reserved judgment? what is the max time limit to pronounce a judgment?

There is no fixed time for passing a judgement. If the judgement is heard by one bench but one of them is changed before passing the judgement then the new bench can not pass the judgement anymore unless both hear the argument afresh.

I agree with Mr.Barman.
