Thak you to nanda sir for answering my earlier query (how to challenge ordinance) .i want know further that which type of writ can be filled and how ? Is it possible to file without engaging lawyer since there is no legality involved in it ?Is it possible to argue on my own withot engaging a lawyer ?If possible please tell me how this can be done

If u know law then u can argue but better is to take help of good lawyer.

If no legal question is involved then no writ can be filed. It is highly advised to take the services of a lawyer so that may be fruitful.

An ordinance can not be successfully be challenged by a writ unless it can be shown illegal.You have right to file a writ and to argue it too if you can follow the procedure
of the court,which i am sure you can not.

So go for a lawyer.
