It is difficult to learn more in short words. Better to buy a book of legal drafting & conveyanceing and it is also helpful to join a lawyer because it'll improve the drafting.

you should clearly state what type of documents you want to prepare, beacuse
you can refer relavent books to prepare
relavent Legal document, it depend up on your requirement. first of all you should lern, how to prepare different types of documents and what are basic contents required in the documents and what are ingreadiants required and terms and conditions.
First of all you should study nature of document you required to prepare and then you can implead the terms and condition, you required to incorporate in the documents. it will lern by practice only.
