How to get a judgement/original document copy from court?

Guest (Querist) 30 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi experts,

May I know how can I get a copy of my judgement copy from court?

The judgement was announced in 2002 against my father, but the parties are compromise in outside and I am having a registered copy of written statement.
But the original document is in count and the advocates are not approachable as they are very old and not attending any cases. Now I want to get the judgement copy and original document of my land.
How and whom should I contact in court to get this?

It happended in coimbatore court

Please please advise ...

You may apply for the copy of judgment through any advocate.
You must have full particular of the cases i.e. name of parties, case No. and date of decision.
alternatively you may also apply for the copy through post by sending application along with prescribed court fee.

is there any official website of coimbatore court ? if so you can find out case details , copy of orders passed online after feeding in case number .

if no such official website available then you have to contact local lawyer for obtaining copy of the judgement

The author thinks he knows everything better than the experts here, if so he should not have approached this portal which is rendering very valuable legal services and assistance at free of cost by sparing their valuable time for the cause of service to the mankind, there is nothing wrong in an expert expecting courteousness and decent approach from the querists approaching the experts here seeking guidance and clarifications or legal assistance or legal solutions for their problems.
Since the author is not deserving any reply further, I stand by expert Mr. NJS Rajkumar and other experts of similar views and boycott this author without giving my opinion/advise to his query.
