how to get rights in the name of my mother

My father expired two years back. He has some paddy fields and house on his name. He didn't wrote any will. All he got was his own. How to change all those to my mother name. Myself and one daughter he have. What are the rights we both have on that property. In order to change the name myself and my sister has to give affidavit as the token willing Ness?

In case of Hindus, after father expire intestate, the property would be inherited by all his children, mother, and widow.

If property has to be transferred in the name of widow only, other legal heirs may execute registered relinquishment deed / settlement deed.

The ClassI legal heirs have 1st right i.e: Mother, wife, sons and daughters.

Submit death certificate, legal heir certificate to revenue office/official e.g; Patwaari and record inheritance and get latest mutation record.

The share(s) can be disposed in mother's favor.
