How to register Society, Club, Charitable Trust & NGO in west bengal.What is the legal procedure of registration & establishment of above said institution.Pleases anybody answer my question. What is the legal form and document needed for it?

Confirm your chair presons and members of the society you are willing to form, the purpose, work area, office address etc.
Visit the office of registrar of societies and charitable trusts in your city.. and collect the related forms.
