I T Return Filling Two Times

Please tell me what can I do in following condition.

I was filled I T Return by e-filling portal, but my client was also filling his I T Return itself. First time filled by My Client and 2nd time filled by me. My Client don't tell me about his Return Filling. Give me some suggestion any one.

Please tell whether both the returns are identical or there is any difference?

I don't know about the difference. e-filing copy not send to Bangalore.

if the Efiling copy is not sent to Bangalore than the filing process is incomplete and the return would not be treated as filed.
1. You can not file a return on behalf of your client that is a error on your part as the form-V that is generated as part of uploading the return on efiling site needs to be signed by the assesse and sent to CPC Bangalore. You cant be signing the form and sending it to CPC Bangalore.

2. If you have not sent the return to CPC Bangalore then the return is not filed twice the ereturn filed is invalid and will not be accepted by IT so no action required on your part. if you fail sending acknowledgement duly signed within specified time of uploading its not treated as valid return and is not processed by IT department.
