Dear Sir/Madam,
I am interetsed in purchasing a property from my friend. The property area is 5000sq ft land with 2000 sq. ft constructed area (1000 sq ft in ground floor and 1000 sq ft in the first floor). Remaining land is planted with fruiting trees and flowers. I would like to purchase the property along with uncle (50% each). Can you please advise me the best way in completing the registration.

Sir,
I want to register the 50% property in my name and 50% in my uncle's name. Constructed area we want to share and register in equal half and the balance area want it to be shared by both of us. Please advise how we can do it legally. If my query is not clear, shall I call your mobile number.

I see no worry at all. Your concerned advocate will have to mention that the property will be divided equally between the two purchasers.
However, would like to ask you whether you are purchasing an agricultural or non agricultural land.

Register the property in the joint name of yourself and your uncle's.
