if sec 145 cr. p c applies in civil cases then kindly provide me any law related to this , so that executive magistrate can appoint Tehsildar as receiver of a dispute related to property

1.sec 145 cr. p c does not apply in civil cases.
2.the power is u/s 146. Power to attach subject of dispute and to appoint receiver.It has nothing to do with a civil case.
Only this much can be said these proceeding are with respect to right of possession but they move on apprehension of breach of peace. Orders of release may be passed against owners' vested right who then moves to civil court.
