Illegally acquired kumki land in karnataka

i need suggestion mr.x as acquired our kumki land adjacent to our varga land n also he as cultivated rubber plants 2 years back n fenced it around 2.25 acres.what is the procedure now to remove his rights n its is not registered its still in governments name.please guide me

Your query is not clear. at one place your are saying that it is our kumki land and another place you are saying that it is govt land. Give the details clearly.
