Agreed with parthaprotim. Unfortunately there is no such bar as on today in our constitution like various other countries like Italy, U.K. USA, China, Japan, Germany etc.riven

IT IS NOT THE PROVISION OF REGISTRATION WHICH ELECTED A PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE. IT IS THE PEOPLE OF INDIA WHO ELECTS. WHY U BLAME THE PROVISION. SOMETIMES IT IS NECESSARY FOR OUR OWN GOOD. MOREOVER A CITIZEN IS ALWAYS A CITIZEN IT IS NOT IMPORTANT HOW IT ACQUIRED. BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS WHEATHER WE HAVE A RIGHT TO QUESTION THE OPINION OF THE PUBLIC IF A REGISTERED INDIAN CITIZEN IS ELECTED AS PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE OR NOT.
