Information required on guardianship records

I need information on the following:

1)Where can we get the information/ Records on Guardianship or appointed guardians.
2) In which court it will be available.
3) Can Guardianship records be requested under RTI Act?

a GUARDIAN is appointed by the District Judge
but unless you know the date of filing or the date of order or at least any of year and the name of applicant who moved the application for his appointment as guardian ,it would be hard for you to make a searh, RTI can be made but they will also look for details.

sir, make an RTI Application to the appropriate district Judge by giving details of information you desire. If it is held by the Court it will supplied to you. before the decision to provide information, PIO can issue third party notice and invite his objections. thereafter , final decision to supply the information would be made.
