i wish to pass on the property to my children only that i will be getting as my share in the inthestate property of my deceased father and not a penny to my wife because she has enough propery from her side.this property issue from my side and from her side has become a bone of contention between us and made us to live separately for the time being.though we will come together sooner or latter. my question is since i dont have any right on her property,what right does she have on the property that i will be inheriting as my share from my deceased fathers property.and also i say to her that she is entitled to my salary only and nothing more than that.tell me if this is correct or not.kindly answer to my questions only because i wish to make her aware of her rights and i assure you we will be together by the time you answer my querry, THANQ U.

I think, you have not been able to manipulate your academic query to put any element of reality in hypothetical type of case. From your statement, "property ...... that i will be getting," it is clear that right now you don't have any problem, as you have yet to inherit the property of your father.
When you think both you and your wife will get together to unite by the time the experts would reply, let that incident happens first, thereafter the incident of inheritance of the property, and only then you should come here to ask if you face any problem.

sir,i wish to make my point simple and clear,does my estranged wife have any right in the property that i am enjoying right now as my share that i have received from my deceased father. i wish to part only a portion of my salary to her and nothing more.i wish to transfer the inherited property to my children right now and my mother as caretaker of that property till the children become major.now kindly advice me properly, and thank you for your valuable time.

Previously you stated, "property ..... that i will be getting," now you have received the same. What exactly is the position.
Don't worry, enjoy your property during your life time without sharing with your wife. She can't claim any share.

mr p.s.dhingra, the exact position is no and yes, no because the inherited property is right now jointly held by my mother,elder brother,younger sister and me without subdivision of it. and secondly yes because we are taking equally mesneprofits from that property. so i may assume that you were serious and 100% correct in answering my second query.
