Dear All, Can we Avail Injunction from High Court Allahabd in the case when District Court denied to Ex Party Injunction to Tenant of a property and issue a hearing date after 01 month in the presence of Lanlord (opp. Party) Please Help.

no harm in waiting for a month . it is advisable both parties be heard before order is passed

injunction is also granted by court after

hearing both parties.

You can go for Injunction before HC it is your right to file your case before HC against district court Order

High Court may take more than a month time for the disposal of your application and there is no guarantee that your application shall be allowed there so better to wait for one month period as directed by Court of DJ.
