Interim Expenses in Divorce case

Respected Experts , I hv been awarded interim in 125 and filed execution too. Divorce case filed by husband is transfeted in my residential city court. I got the summons today to appear in divorce case. My husband has not given any interim expenses yet. Now my query is can I request verbaly to court in appearance in divorce case toask my husbabd to ggive me the expenses or shall I hv to file any other case to get Iinterim from my husband. Kindly adadvice

where is the EP pending, if it is in the same court, you may make a reference in this regard to the Judge of the court, but what is the stage of EP before that court?, What is lawyer opining about this?, please follow up the issue as per his advise because he will be knowing the circumstances favorable to the case.

EP is pending in lower court where as divorce case in session court in the same building. EP is filed day brfore yesterday so first appearance date is yet to give by the court but divorce case date is 16 of next month. For divorce case advocate is yet to appoint as summons are received today. So no opinion from advocate. Need ur help on this matter.

In the divorce case also you can pray for maintenance pendente lite by way of filing an application like one u/s 24 of HMA not verbally.

if you have been served with summons in divorce case engage a local lawyer and file your wirtten stament . in said WS you can pray that your husband be directed to pay your legal expenses .
