hi all
in one case the dispute of property arises, the one party cut the water and electric connection of other who is living at second floor, what is the remedy for the second party he dont want to file suit for property dispute but needs interim relief or order to get electricity and water, is it possible to file only interi relief pettion without any suit for dispute on property?

Noit is not possible only to file interrium relief application. He has to file suit for declaration of his rights. Interrium application is part of the suit

I agree with Mr. Rajiv. You can file a suit for declartion and you can get interim orders.

It is not possible to file an application for interim relief without the regular petition.

Dear friend,
a criminal case may also be filed. And apart from that a civil case u/s 34 of Specific Relief Act may be filed.
Further, an interlocutory injunction may be demanded from the court on urgent basis.
