I am separated with my husband since 20 months and in between 23 months. my husband and nobody from his family came at my home to get me back.I tried my level best for going back and again start our married life but always my husband put some excuses and hold this matter for further discussion. Now i file domestic violence case against him and during my first hearing i came to know hat he already filed section 9 and divorce case against me.he never sent me any information and any notice for those cases.this is very shocking for me, as he was continuously in touch with me and always talk about our happy married life and patch up.After that , with the suggestion of my lawyer i filed 498a against him and his parents. they all got arrested and get immediately bail too.He cheated me, ignore me , but still i really don't want to loose him.i want to stay with him. Please suggest me what should i do next.is there any hope in my relationship.please suggest me.

498A can be compromised and accordingly statement as hostile witnesses may be made but question is that whether your husband has become ready to make compromise?
First ensure settlement with mutual consent and only then become hostile.

Yes 498A case can be compromised in trial court or in the high court by mutual quashing.

Has your husband shown any intention whatsoever for compromise. If not then forget about reconciliation and withdrawal.
You have never stated in your blog that your allegations are true.

498a can be compromise
first you discuss with your husband and then with your in laws that you want to come back then think what steps and how to plan your life with your husband again

both you and yourself sit together avoiding any third party interference and decided to stay together or not. Once you decide to stay together, legal remedies are available to withdraw all the pending cases.

sri chandrasekhar adv. is right.
agar miya bibi raji hai to kya karega kaji?
if husband and wife sit together and resolve in the presence of well wishers and elders and decide to live together, legal remedies always possible.
