Dear Mr Anonymous

Please keep your eyes on everydays newpapers if you are not directly dealing in courts.

Corruption is everywhere and judiciary is not untouched. In fact the lower judiciary is considered to be one of the most corrupt institution in major surveys.

Please don't lose heart. There is always a ray of hope and good and honest people can bring a difference in the system.

Dear Anonymous (Wish I knew your name)

I am glad that you wanted to serve this noble profession honestly and that you hate corruption. The fact that there is corruption ( if there is) should not deter you from taking up the profession.

If you are not dependant on the income from the profession, you can be very bold in your approach and represent your clients without fear and without trying to please the judges. Dont forget that truth and honesty triumphs and the need of the hour is a new breed of lawyers and politicians who are willing to be honest and fight corruption. Who knows? You can perhaps become another Gandhiji in fighting this evil.

All the best.

Every law students face this situation when comes in the field. Corruption is in every where. As it is prevalent in religious places, it is also in judiciary. But we can change by inculcating good value system in spirit.

Hi. There is nothing to be desperate about .everywhere there r good as well as bad people. Further a JUDGE IS A HUMAN AT FIRST THEN A lawyer , judge , etc. However the profession of delivering justice is considered as pious hence judges r expected to be honest and impartial and u will find more people who r upto ur expectation.

Simply a Big Yes, and in routine manner. Dont be shock over judiciary corruptions, as there are corruptions even in Religious Institutions. Many law students come out from law colleges with a vow to fight corruptions in the country, but they get used to it after they enter the judiciary arena. Its good knowing that you want to fight this evil in the country, all the best.

Mr! Dont become so nervous. The history and present of Indian Judiciary and judicial system is time tested and is comparatively less corrupted than all other institutions of Indian society. This discussion can be very long and various arguments in favour and against can be made but resultantly I can assure you that if dedicated and honest persons like you enter in this field, this is the best field wherein we can serve the downtrodden society with our zeal, mind, dedication, honesty. I welcome you in this field and I also try to keep views similar as of you.
